Replacement and return policy
It is required:
1- The product must be in its original condition and has not been used.
2- The customer bears the return or exchange shipping fees, and our store does not bear the shipping costs.
Unless the product is defective or broken, the shipping cost will be borne.
3- If the order has been shipped and the customer declines to accept the order,
The customer is entitled to a full refund, except for shipping fees.
4- If the product reaches the customer damaged,
We ask our valued customers to take a picture of the damaged product and send it to our customer service team,
We will provide you with a replacement at no charge.
5- You cannot exchange or return printed products on demand.
This is because we cannot resell or offer them unless there is a defect or problem with the product
It is replaced or returned according to the agreement with the customer.
Steps to exchange + return:
You can submit a request for replacement or return via WhatsApp that includes the following data:
• invoice number
• customer name
Reason for exchange or return
• The name of the product to be replaced, along with providing us with the specifications, such as the required color and quantity.
